Peaceful Kids Programs

'Peaceful Kids' is a Mindfulness and Positive Psychology based educational program to lessen anxiety and stress, improve attention, and to increase resilience in children aged 4-12 years old. The program develops emotional intelligence skills, teaches children how to self-calm, self-regulate, and how to train their attention to be more focused and engaged in learning. The program helps children to build their emotional resilience so they are better equipped to deal with the day-to-day stresses that life brings them. It gives children the skills, practice and support to utilise coping strategies that lessen the symptoms of anxiety and stress. The program was created by Georgina Manning, the Director of 'Wellbeing for Kids', Australia. Georgina is a psychotherapist, educator, and counselor. She has many years of experience working in schools supporting children and parents and facilitates regular parent seminars in schools, school professional development days for educators, and is a national speaker for well-being events in Australia.

The Peaceful Kids program is run in over 700 schools across Australia, as well as in hospitals, community organisations, and in private practice. It has been featured and presented in many podcasts and TV shows in Australia and gained a lot of positive feedback.
